This past weekend, I decided to have a little girls trip to the beach so we could have some time to ourselves.
Our family is big on the zoo. We love it, our kids love it and we go as often as possible. We go so often that we decided to purchase the annual membership to Zoo Miami because it just makes sense, and because we support our local zoo and their conservation efforts. So for Earth Day, it was a no-brainer where we would spend it.
It’s Spring Break here in Miami and I have had a week full of activities with the kids. Spring Break is not over and there is still more fun to be had, but we have been off to a good start. There’s been a lot of time spent outdoors being active and experiencing new things. Here’s a breakdown of the activities we’ve participated in.
This past weekend my family went to our local pumpkin Patch for a little fun. The Coconut Grove annual Pumpkin Patch festival always has a bunch of activities and fun for kids along with the ability to purchase and decorate your pumpkin, along with decorating a scarecrow, carnival rides and food. They also have a corn maze and an area where you can take your fall pictures of the family and kids.
