  • I voted 2-3 weeks ago (I don’t remember anymore because I swear each day feels like a week and each week like a month lately). I voted by mail and dropped the ballots off at the elections department because I wanted to be sure there will be no issues. Voting is one of the most important civic duties you have as a citizen, especially as a woman. Too many women fought long and hard to make sure we are able to cast these ballots today, and I will never take that for granted. My voice will be heard, every election.   • These two right here are my why. They are what makes my life equally joyful and stressful. I’m not going to sugar coat things and say #motherhood is sunshine and rainbows, because it most certainly is not and there are days I’ve wondered “what the hell am I doing?!” But then they will be sweet to each other and with me. They will shower me in hugs and kisses and make me feel loved when I’ve had a trying day. They will remind me of their potential and even if things are rough right now, this is just one chapter in our story and there will be a new chapter soon. So I cherish them, even on my hardest days because they will only be this small once. • NOTE: This picture was taken at @thelittlefarmmiami.   • These two... they melt my heart with their sweetness! My daughter is all about being a princess. She has a costume for nearly each Disney princess and loves to run around the house in them. My son has really latched on to the idea that he wants to be a pilot. We actually had him watch Top Gun not too long ago, hence the Maverick costume. With all the challenges parenting brings, it’s these moments that I cherish most.
